MRET Water - A Story of Scientific discovery
Many will know of the disaster at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant in 1986. Dr Smirnov was part of an investigative team looking into the effects of the disaster amongst those people who were inside the effected perimeter. One group of irradiated people undergoing treatment in a health care facility in the area of mountain springs were not suffering from cancer although millions of others were. There had to be a reason for this so Dr Smirnov was part of the team sent to the area to find out why this group of people were responding differently.
As part of his research he set about scientifically examining the springs in the Caucasus Mountains, the water source consumed by these people. This led him to discover the water from the mountain springs was of a different molecular structure to regular water in part due to the low electromagnetic fields in the area. Over 15 years of research and testing resulted in MRET – Molecular Resonance Effect Technology Water activator being patented and produced. This technology gives anyone the ability with the MRET Water activator to change the molecular structure of water and other liquids with all its benefits to human physiology.
Molecular Resonance Effect Technology (MRET) is patented by Igor Smirnov, Ph.D., US Patent No.6022479 issued in 2000.
During the process of activation the subtle low frequency electromagnetic field is imprinted into the water. It closely resembles the natural geomagnetic field found near the healing water springs.

Due to its “super liquidity” MRET water easily penetrates through small porous and capillaries in the body, improves hydration and stimulates the proper function of cells in biological systems. MRET Water acts as a communication medium among the cells.
The unique properties of MRET water are based on research results in animal models and in vitro. Water and health

High Voltage Photography Test
The High-Voltage photographs showed the enhanced Corona Discharge Effect (luminous fringes that appear around electrically conductive samples of water) in MRET water. The physical process of cold emission of electrons produces the Corona Discharge phenomenon. The emission of electrons in MRET activated water is more intensive compare to non-activated water. It means that the energy level of water molecules is higher. Due to the fact that no foreign substances were introduced to the water during the activation process, the enhanced Corona Discharge Effect could occur only as a result of structural changes in MRET activated water.
